In 2001, WildGoozChaz simply began with Pauline being an independent consultant for corporate programmes and treasure hunts. Then it evolved to many platforms of corporate team challenges. Today, specialising in corporate events, WildGoozChaz offers organisations a wide range of corporate programmes.
The creative mind behind all event concepts and programme designs, Pauline is a Chartered Marketer and Marcom Specialist by training. She is a certified administrator and facilitator for Strength Deployment Inventory, DISC profiling as well as experiential-based learning activities. Her experience spans over 15 years in implementing sales and marketing strategies, marketing communications, corporate affairs, conceptualising and managing diverse events.

Event Director/Facilitator

Prabu K Naidu
Principal Consultant
Prabu holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, and has 19 years of Multi National Enterprise (MNE) experience with Philips, AT&T and Compaq. A member of Human Resources Development and Organisational Development (HRD/OD) professional bodies from the USA, UK and Singapore, he is also an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator.
He was a former chairperson of the Human Resources Development Feedback Group in 2005-2006, and had co-founded a Facilitators Network in Singapore. Besides having six licensed programmes from the USA, Prabu is an IAF Asian Regional Representative and the only Master Facilitator in Strengths Deployment Inventory®.
Peter Seah
Associate Facilitator
Peter’s 25 years of experience with MINDEF and in Oman spanned diverse functions in HR development, organisation development, change management, organisation development, process reengineering, and training. He held numerous management and leadership posts, with extensive experiences people management and handling issues for teams. He has facilitated small group and large group sessions, across different levels of organisation, for both private and public establishments, involving debriefing of project team, converging of ideas/plans, development and assignment of action plans.
Peter holds a MBA in System Thinking and BBA in Management Systems. He is certified in MBTI, BenchMark 360° Feedback, TetraMap, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Master Neuro-Linguistics-Programming.
Rosemary Phan
Senior Facilitator
Rosemary brings onboard over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in sales, market development and management consultancy from the IT, events & service learning industry. A determined individual, Rosemary has had many distinction honours bestowed upon her for her exceptional commitment towards personal and professional achievements, these includes being a VIP member of Worldwide Branding and bagging the Top Female Executive award in her corporate stint.
Rosemary has a Master of Science in both Human Resource Management and Industrial Organization Psychology. Her other accreditations are Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and Certified Practitioner Certificate in Neurolinguistics Language Programming, She is also a Certified MBTi Coach and Master Trainer for Identi3 Psychometric Tools.
